Who we are
We built it because nothing on the market carried the real load.
Days of April is a team of HR specialists who have run HR departments and run companies of their own. We have kept the files, the folders and the statutory dates in order by hand, so we know it from the inside, not from a textbook. We worked alongside the country’s leading HR firms, and the thinking was excellent, but doing it on the ground was still ours.
So we built the practical version: first the consultancy, then April HR to carry the daily work, then April Annual Reporting when the reporting mandates arrived.
The people behind it
Practitioners first, with the qualifications to match.
Between us: twenty-five years in HR, a master’s in human resource management, a master’s in marketing, business management degrees, and CIPD qualified. The qualifications mean we know the international standard each field is held to. The experience means we have made it work inside real Sri Lankan companies, and know where it needs adapting to how business is done here.
