This policy explains how we handle the personal data you share with us through this website.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the size of your company, and whatever you write about your enquiry.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the engagement. Our basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate business interest in responding to you.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our enquiry pipeline, so they can provide that service: Web3Forms, which delivers the enquiry form; Cloudflare, which hosts the website; and Google, whose Gmail we use to receive and reply to enquiries. These providers process data on servers outside Sri Lanka.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting engagement, then delete it, as set out in our engagement letter.

6. How we protect it

Access to your enquiry is limited to the people who need to see it, and the accounts it is held in are protected by strong passwords and two-factor sign-in. We do not collect payment or bank details through this website.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw your consent. To do any of these, email daysofaprilhr@gmail.com.

8. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set non-essential cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall site usage. It is privacy-first: it uses no cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across other websites.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date shows when. Material changes will be posted here.
